HY596 Series Oil-Resistant & Heat-Stable Sealing Solution for Automotive & Industrial MRO

The HY59x Series is a collection of premium, one-component RTV (Room Temperature Vulcanizing) silicone sealants designed to replace traditional gaskets in demanding mechanical assemblies. These "Gasket Makers" are engineered for high-precision sealing of engine blocks, gearboxes, and industrial flanges. With a neutral cure system (Alcohol/Oxime-based), they provide a non-corrosive, permanent seal that remains flexible and leak-proof under intense vibration and extreme chemical exposure.

Series Selection Guide

HY596 (Blue): High-strength, versatile sealing with excellent thixotropy.

HY597 (Red): Ultra-High Temperature Resistant, capable of withstanding peaks up to 300°C.

HY598 (Black): Optimized for superior oil resistance, specifically designed for gear oil and lubricants.

HY599 (Grey): High-performance oxime-cure formula with balanced oil and heat resistance.
